215: This symbol indicates the tire width is measured from one wall to another. That is, itdetermines the number of millimeters of tread. The bigger the number, the tire treads willlook more broadly.

65: The ratio of height to width. The bigger the tire wall numbers will look higher. The smaller the number the lower the tire wall.

R: Construction of tires. The symbol R represents radial tire type.

15: The diameter of the tire, or better known as the ring 15. Usually correspond to the diameter (ring) wheels.

89: Power Index. Each figure has a different carrying capacity levels. It is also associated with the maximum wind pressure of n measured in units of PSI (pounds per square inch) and Kpa (kilopascals).

H: Rate of speed. Each letter has a different rate. The rate at which it covers:
- Q maximum speed of 158 km / h
- S a maximum speed of 179 km / h
- T a maximum speed of 188 km / h
- Maximum speed of 198 km U / h
- H a maximum speed of 208 km / h
- V maximum speed of 240 km / h
- Z maximum speed above 240 km / h

Secara sederhana ,tekanan darah dapat diartikan sebagai kekuatan atau tenaga desakan aliran darah terhadap
dinding pembuluh darah,diperlukan untuk mendorong aliran darah keseluruh tubuh.Tekanan tersebut ditimbulkan
karena berdenyutnya jantung dan mengalirnya darah dalam pembuluh darah.Setiap kali jantung berdenyut,tekanan didalam pembuluh darah meningkat,sebaliknya ,setiap kali jantung "relaks" {diantara 2 denyutan},tekanan dalam darah menurun.

Tekanan tertinggi yang terjadi selama jantung menguncup memompakan darah disebut tekanan darah"SISTOLIK",sedangkan tekanan yang terendah diantara denyutan jantung disebut tekanan darah "DIASTOLIK".

Tekanan darah dapat berubah-ubah dari waktu kewaktu,dipengaruhi gerak badan,rasa takut,cemas dan kuatir,posisi badan,rasa sakit/nyeri,zat-zat tertentu[ obat,rokok ],dll.
Meskipun pengertian tekanan darah tampaknya sederhana ,tetapi pengaturannya oleh tubuh kita ternyata rumit.Sinyal-sinyal saraf dan berbagai hormon saling pengaruh mempengaruhi supaya tekanan darah tetap dalam batas batas normal.

Alat pengukur tekanan darah merupakan "satu-satunya"alat yang dapat mengukur seberapa tingginya tekanan darah secara tepat.Tekanan darah yang "normal" atau "diinginkan"adalah kurang dari 120/80 mmHg.

TEKANAN DARAH TINGGI

Pada beberapa orang,kerja pengaturan tekanan darah mengalami kelainan.Pengaruh dari kelainan ini adalah berupa penyempitan pembuluh darah diseluruh tubuh secara menetap.Aliran darah jadi terhambat,sehingga terjadilah tekanan darah yang tinggi atau "HIPERTENSI".

Seseorang dinyatakan menyandang hipertensi bila tekanan darah sistoliknya lebih atau sama dengan 140  dan atau tekanan darah diastoliknya lebih atau sama dengan 90 mmHg.

TERJADINYA HIPERTENSI PADA DIABETES

Terjadinya diabetes tipe 1,tekanan darah tinggi berhubungan dengan terjadinya penyakit ginjal diabetes,yang ditandai dengan ditemukannya zat protein [putih telur] dalam air kencing,tekanan darah tinggi dan penurunan fungsi ginjal.Banyak sedikitnya zat protein dalam air kencing berhubungan langsung dengan tingginya tekanan darah.

Timbulnya tekanan darah tinggi pada diabetes tipe 2 sering dikaitkan dengan "kelainan/penyakit metabolisme" yang terdiri dari kelebihan lemak darah [kolesterol dan /trigliserid],kelebihan berat badan atau kegemukan ,prediabetes atau diabetes dan tekanan darah tinggi.

AKIBAT HIPERTENSI PADA DIABETES

Sudah banyak hasil penelitian para pakar yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat risiko yang tinggi untuk terjadinya penyakit ginjal,jantung dan pembuluh darah pada diabetes tipe 1 dan 2.Selain dari pada itu ,kenyataan menunjukan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kecepatan perburukan "kebocoran" [ditemukannya zat putih telur atau protein dalam air kencing] ginjal dengan tekanan darah tinggi.

Peningkatan kadar gula dan lemak darah merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya komplikasi kerusakan pembuluh darah pada diabetes,berupa pengapuran pembuluh darah.Dengan adanya tekanan darah tinggi,maka risiko terjadinya kerusakan pembuluh darah semakin bertambah besar,sehingga terjadilah kerusakan-kerusakan pada retina/mata,syaraf dan ginjal.Kerusakan pembuluh darah pada ginjal diabetisi merupakan salah satu penyebab gagal ginjal tahap akhir.Oleh karena itu kombinasi antara diabetes dan tekanan darah tinggi akan meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gagal ginjal dan penyakit jantung-pembuluh darah.

KAPAN MULAI TERAPI HIPERTENSI PADA DIABETES DAN TARGETNYA ?

Diabetes adalah faktor risiko jantung-pembuluh darah yang keberadaannya disetarakan dengan kerusakan alat-alat tubuh.Tekanan darah tinggi pada diabetes dimasukan dalam kelompok risiko tinggi,sehingga perlu mendapat terapi dengan obat anti hipertensi lebih awal,walaupun derajat tekanan darah tingginya masih tingkat 1 [ 140-159 dan / 90-99.
Target penurunan tekanan darah tingi pada diabetes yang belum ada masalah dengan ginjalnya adalah kurang dari 130/80 dan yang sudah ada masalah dengan ginjalnya adalah kurang dari 125/75 mmHg.

TERAPI HIPERTENSI PADA DIABETES

Hampir semua obat anti hipertensi [obat yang berkhasiat menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi] dapat dipergunakan untuk diabetes yang bertekanan darah tinggi.Obat anti hipertensi golongan" ACE-inhibitor"[salah satu misalnya:"captopril"] direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan pertama karena disamping dapat menurunkan tekanan darah,juga memperlambat proses"kebocoran"ginjal menjadi gagal ginjal.
Efek samping "batuk" sering dikeluhkan pada pemakaian obat tersebut.Kadang kadang,diperlukan kombinasi pengunaan 2 atau bahkan lebih obat anti hipertensi untuk mencapai target penurunan tekanan darah tinggi.Disamping penggunaan obat anti hipertensi,pengedalian"tanpa obat"hendaknya dilaksanakan secara terus-menerus sebagai bagian dari pola hidup sehari-hari,yaitu:
